Delivery

How much is delivery in Kuwait, and when will my order arrive?

Delivery is free anywhere in Kuwait. We deliver every day of the week and orders arrive within 24 hours. Order by midnight and your order arrives tomorrow.

Do you deliver outside Kuwait?

Yes, to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery to the other GCC countries takes 2–4 working days. The fee depends on the weight of your order and is shown at checkout. See Delivery for the fees.

Orders and payment

How can I pay?

In Kuwait, you can pay online by KNET, Visa or Mastercard, or pay cash on delivery. For the other GCC countries, you pay online by card. The payment options for your address are shown at checkout.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out without an account.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter it in the discount code box at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

WhatsApp us as soon as possible on +965 9111 4333 with your order number, and we'll help.

Can I return a product?

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and personal-care products can't be returned or exchanged, unless there's a clear manufacturing fault or the item arrived damaged, wrong or missing. If that happens, message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace the item or refund you. Unused accessories (massagers, towels, gloves and similar) in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and we collect them free in Kuwait. See Returns & Refunds.

How do refunds work?

Refunds go back to your original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or as store credit, whichever you prefer. Delivery fees are refunded only when the return is our fault.
