Organique Kuwait is run by Organic House Company for Beauty and Cosmetics, commercial registration no. 351891, Kuwait. Please read this policy before you order: it explains what we can take back and how refunds work.
Cosmetics and personal care
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and personal-care products (skin, body and hair care, fragrances and body mists) can't be returned or exchanged, unless there's a clear manufacturing fault or the item arrived damaged, wrong or missing.
Faulty, damaged, wrong or missing items
- Message us on WhatsApp on +965 9111 4333 within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the problem.
- We'll replace the item or refund you, usually without needing it back. If we do need it back, we'll arrange this at no cost to you.
- For orders delivered outside Kuwait, you don't need to send the item back: we refund it or send a replacement at our cost.
Accessories
- Accessories (massagers, towels, gloves and similar) can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original sealed packaging.
- In Kuwait, we collect returns free of charge: message us on WhatsApp to arrange a collection.
- For orders delivered outside Kuwait, you can send unused accessories back at your own cost: message us on WhatsApp first and we'll send you the return address. We refund the item when it arrives; the delivery fee isn't refunded.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method (for example, KNET or your card).
- For cash on delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer or as store credit, whichever you prefer.
- Delivery fees are refunded only when the return is our fault (a faulty, damaged, wrong or missing item).
- For orders delivered outside Kuwait, any customs duties or import fees are paid by the recipient.
- We process approved refunds without delay. How long the money takes to reach your account depends on your bank.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect your rights under Kuwaiti law, including Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 on digital commerce.
