This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit organiquekw.com, place an order or contact us.
Organique Kuwait is the online store of Organic House Company for Beauty and Cosmetics, commercial registration no. 351891, Kuwait ("we" or "us").
We handle your information in line with the laws of the State of Kuwait, including the Data Privacy Protection Regulation issued by the Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA).

Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, phone number and email address, including those you enter at checkout before you finish an order.
- Delivery details: your address and any delivery notes.
- Order details: what you buy, your order history and any messages you send us.
- Account details, if you create an account on our website.
- Your marketing preferences, if you join our email or WhatsApp list.
Payment information
Online payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
Information collected automatically
When you browse our website, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you view and how you reached our site. This is done with cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and advertising" below).
How we use your information
- To process, deliver and follow up on your orders, including confirming your order and delivery details by phone or WhatsApp.
- To provide customer service, handle returns and answer your questions.
- To ask for your review after delivery, and to remind you about a checkout you didn't finish (by email, and once on WhatsApp if you have agreed to WhatsApp messages from us or have chatted with us there).
- To run, secure and improve our website, and to prevent fraud.
- To send you offers and news by email, WhatsApp or SMS, only if you have agreed to receive them.
- To show you relevant ads on other platforms, as explained under "Cookies and advertising".
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
Marketing messages
We only send marketing messages with your consent, for example when you join our email or WhatsApp list at checkout or through a sign-up form.
After delivery, we may email you once per order to ask for a review of the products you bought. You can unsubscribe using the link in the email.
If you start a checkout and don't finish it, we may send you an email reminder about the items you left, with a link back to your checkout (one email, or two if you have subscribed to our emails). If you have agreed to receive WhatsApp messages from us, or have chatted with us on WhatsApp before, we may also send you one WhatsApp message the next morning to ask whether you need help. These reminders don't include offers. To stop them, use the unsubscribe link in the email or reply STOP on WhatsApp.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, or by messaging us on WhatsApp or by email. Messages about your orders and deliveries are not marketing, so you will still receive them.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers that help us run our store, and only as much as they need:
- Shopify: the platform that hosts our online store and stores order information.
- Delivery companies: they receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
- Payment providers: they process online payments securely.
- Analytics and advertising services: such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat and Google, which help us measure how our website and ads perform.
- Messaging services: the tools we use to contact you by email, WhatsApp or SMS.
We may also disclose information if Kuwaiti law or a competent authority requires it, or to protect our rights.
Cookies and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels, to keep the store working (for example, your shopping cart), remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure and personalise our ads.
We use advertising and analytics pixels from Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google. They may collect information about your visit and what you do on our site, such as viewing a product or placing an order, so that we can show you relevant ads and measure their results. These companies handle this information under their own privacy policies.

- using the cookie banner on our website, when it is shown, to choose which cookies you accept;

Our store runs on Shopify, and some of our service providers are based outside Kuwait. This means your information may be stored or processed in other countries. We use providers that protect personal information with appropriate security measures.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limiting access to staff who need it. No way of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. We keep order and invoice records for as long as Kuwaiti accounting and tax rules require. If you unsubscribe from marketing, we stop sending you messages and keep only a record of your choice.
Your rights

- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, unless we must keep it by law (for example, order records);
- stop sending you marketing messages, or withdraw any consent you have given.

Children
Our website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
