These terms apply when you use organiquekw.com and to every order you place with Organique Kuwait. Please read them before ordering. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

About us

Organique Kuwait is the online store of Organic House Company for Beauty and Cosmetics, commercial registration no. 351891, Kuwait. Most Organique cosmetics are made in Poland.

Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and packaging may change from time to time without affecting the product.

Prices

  • All prices are in Kuwaiti dinar (KD).
  • Delivery within Kuwait is free. For orders to other GCC countries, shipping fees and any taxes that apply in your country are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We may change our prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
  • If a product is shown at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before sending your order. You can then pay the correct price, or cancel the order and get a full refund of anything you have paid.

Orders

  • After you place an order, we email you an order confirmation, which is your invoice. We may call you or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details.
  • Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, the price is wrong or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we will let you know and refund anything you have paid.

Availability

All orders depend on stock availability. Stock levels can change quickly, and occasionally a product may sell out after you order it. If part of your order is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement, delivery of the available items only, or a refund for the unavailable item.

Offers and discount codes

  • Offers are valid for the period and products stated, while stocks last.
  • Welcome discount for new customers: join our email or WhatsApp list and get 10% off your first order. It's for customers who haven't ordered from us before, and can be used once per customer, on the first order only.
  • Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be combined with other codes unless we say so.
  • Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
  • We may end or change an offer at any time, without affecting orders already placed. We may also cancel a discount that is used against these terms.

Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery, or by KNET or card where these options are available at checkout. The payment methods available for your order, which may depend on your country, are shown at checkout.

With cash on delivery, you pay the courier when your order arrives. Online payments are processed securely by payment providers licensed by the Central Bank of Kuwait, and we do not store your card details.

Delivery

  • Kuwait: free next-day delivery anywhere in Kuwait.
  • GCC: we deliver to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Shipping fees are shown at checkout, together with the tax for your country: VAT of 15% in Saudi Arabia, 5% in the UAE, 10% in Bahrain and 5% in Oman, and a 5% tax in Qatar.
  • The tax shown at checkout is included in the total you pay. If the authorities in your country charge any customs duties or other fees on delivery, these are paid by the recipient.
  • Delivery times are estimates. Deliveries may take longer during public holidays, busy periods or because of events beyond our control. We will let you know about any significant delay.
  • If the courier cannot reach you, they will contact you to arrange another time. If delivery fails because of incorrect details or repeated failed attempts, we may cancel the order.
  • Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, contact us promptly as explained in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Returns and refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and personal-care products can't be returned or exchanged, unless there's a clear manufacturing fault or the item arrived damaged, wrong or missing (message us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery). Unused accessories in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Full details, including refunds, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Using our products safely

  • Our products are cosmetics for external use only.
  • Please read the label and directions before use.
  • Do a patch test before first use: apply a small amount to the inside of your arm and wait 24 hours to make sure there is no reaction.
  • Avoid contact with the eyes unless the directions say otherwise. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.
  • Stop using a product if irritation occurs, and see a doctor if it continues.
  • Check the ingredients list if you have any allergies, and ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a skin condition.
  • Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

The Organique name and logo are trademarks of their owner. The content of this website, including text, photos and design, is protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish or use it for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Our responsibility

  • We will supply products that match their description and are free from defects, as required by Kuwaiti law.
  • We are not responsible for harm caused by using a product against its directions or safety advice, for a reaction caused by your allergy to an ingredient listed on the product, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under Kuwaiti law, including Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and Decree-Law No. 10 of 2026 on digital commerce.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms on this page when you place an order apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the Kuwaiti courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We always prefer to resolve issues directly, so please contact us first.
