Alum – a natural, effective deodorant
Potassium alum is a mineral whose unique properties were discovered by the ancient Egyptians. It occurs naturally in the weathering zone of clay rocks and forms as igneous rocks weather. Men have traditionally rubbed it on the skin after shaving, which is why it is also known as the “shaving stone”. Pure Nature Natural Crystal Deodorant is 100% natural, odourless and versatile. The alum comes as a transparent crystal. Moisten it with water, then rub it over clean skin several times. Rinse the crystal and leave it to dry after each use.
