1. Milk Sugar Scrub: apply a small amount to the skin and gently massage the whole body until the sugar crystals dissolve, then rinse with warm water.
2. Shea Butter Body Balm Milk: warm a little balm between your hands until it turns into a fragrant oil, then massage it gently into clean, dry skin until absorbed.
3. Tesmed Massager: use it on clean, dry skin, or with your favourite body oil or cream. Massage the thighs, hips, abdomen or arms with upward, circular movements for 5–10 minutes per area, 3–5 times a week.
